Alexandra Stainrod, MSW., RSW

Alexandra is a Registered Social Worker & Psychotherapist with a Master of Social Work from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Manitoba. Alexandra is in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). Alexandra has over 15 years’ experience working in mental health, providing support to adults of all ages in a variety of roles within the community and hospital settings. Alexandra is passionate about the support she provides and prioritizes clients feeling safe, accepted and heard during their work together.

Alexandra offers counselling for a range of presenting issues and life goals including PTSD, anxiety, depression, life transitions/stressors, and addictions. In her work she draws from a wide range of therapeutic approaches including but not limited to, CBT, DBT, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy.

Her primary goal is to build meaningful, therapeutic relationships and to achieve this she uses a strengths based, person centered, trauma informed perspective. In addition to her clinical work, Alexandra also a part-time instructor at St Lawrence College where I enjoy teaching students in the areas of mental health, addictions and developmental psychology.

Mariah De Longhi, MSW., RSW

As a dedicated Registered Social Worker with seven years of experience in mental health practice, Mariah is here to support individuals with ADHD on their journey to personal growth and resilience.

Mariah specializes in working with individuals with ADHD, as well as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Her approach is compassionate and strengths-focused, emphasizing practical strategies tailored to your unique needs. Mariah has training and experience in several evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Understanding the unique challenges associated with ADHD, Mariah aims to create a supportive environment where you can navigate difficulties, develop effective coping strategies, and enhance your daily functioning. Together, she will work with you on building resilience and fostering skills that promote your overall well-being.

Kristen Beattie, MSW., RSW

Kristen is a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with a passion for supporting individuals who are looking to embark on a healing journey and reclaim their life. Kristen has a Master of Social Work Degree from the University of Windsor, as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Trent University. She is registered with both the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW). In addition to her education, she has 7 years of experience supporting adults and youth in inpatient and community mental health settings.

With a compassionate, holistic, and personalized approach, Kristen specializes in treating trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and body image. Her goal is to help you heal deeply rooted wounds and build a life that is rich and meaningful. With her practice, you will begin where you are at, and will work on your goals, at a pace that feels right for you.
Kristen has been trained in various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). McKenzie Hiebert, MSW., RSW

McKenzie is a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with a Master of Social Work Degree from the University of Windsor and an Honours Bachelor of Behavioural Psychology from St. Lawrence College. She is in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW). With over 8 years of experience in mental health practice, McKenzie has worked in both inpatient and community settings, providing support to individuals of all ages.
Specializing in grief and loss, McKenzie is passionate about helping individuals navigate the complex emotions that arise during times of mourning and transition. She works closely with clients to process grief, understand their emotions, and find meaningful ways to heal and move forward. McKenzie is committed to supporting you through every step of the healing journey.
McKenzie’s approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and client-centered.
